The kitchen area of the open plan ground floor is at the front of the house. There is a fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a microwave, stainless steel sink and a range of fitted cupboards. So look at the mountains while you cook.

A multi-fuel burner in the large stone fireplace and a light in the inglenook make the two sofas cosy places to relax after that long walk. There is T.V. (Sky Freeview) with video and DVD facilities and one of many radio sets, but you'll need your own i-pod. Fuel is available locally.

The conservatory is a good place to sit and to enjoy the views.

It is also Bay View's dining room - a comfortable and charming space.

At the top of the stairs is the all white bathroom with shower over the bath. This  is truly the loo with a view – and the view can be enjoyed while bathing also.

The largest of the three bedrooms has a double bed and a useful set of cupboards.

Next to this is a smaller room with a bed that becomes two singles. Both of these rooms have good views of mountains near and far.

More open stairs take you to the loft – watch out for the beam as the top is reached and when descending, especially at night. The futon makes a very comfortable double bed, but headroom is restricted up here so maybe this is this the place for smaller members of your family. And yes there are great views from here too.
