Please note that electricity is included in all the rental charges. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Fuel for the multifuel burner is available locally. Garages in Sarn, Llanbedrog, Pwllheli and the post office in Mynytho all sell coal and logs.
To make a booking ring 07974648173 to place a provisional booking this booking will be held for 7 days.

Please note that a non returnable 25% deposit is required with each booking.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Full charges must be paid when booking if the commencement of the holiday is within 6 weeks.
In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks refunds can only be made if the cottage is re-let.
The cottage is let from 4pm Friday to 10am Friday. Please leave the cottage as you would hope to find it.
Restrictions
Due to the open nature of the stairs the cottage is not suitable for children under the age of 3. No responsibility can be accepted for any accident occurring on the stairs or due to the restricted headroom entering or leaving the loft or in the loft itself.
Persons sleeping cannot exceed 5. For larger groups, you may like to consider Awelon, which is situated next door to Bay View and sleeps up to 8 + cot.
No smoking or Pets please
Your Responsibility
The contract is only made when we receive the completed booking form and deposit. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a booking/confirmation form.
You are responsible for normal everyday cleaning and keeping the cottage in an orderly fashion. You will be liable for any damages, breakages, losses and any extra cleaning or repairs which are incurred due to your non-compliance with this condition.
We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any reasonable time to inspect the cottage and/or carry out any necessary maintenance.
We aim to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, however, there may be small differences to the actual property and its description.
